Transferring Calls

Transferring your calls to you is described as "Call Patching". This is when a caller needs to speak to you straight away so we put them on hold whilst calling you on your mobile or on another landline. We then ask you whether you want to take the call. If you do, we will connect you; if not, we can take a message. We offer two options for this service:

Occasional Call Patching. We can patch the most urgent calls through to your land line or mobile should you want us to. Kendlebell will use its discretion in providing this service to minimise the cost to our clients. There is a monthly charge of £10+VAT plus the following costs per patched call: £0.95 to UK land lines, £1.95 to mobiles.

Regular Call Patching. If you would like us to patch through most of your calls we can offer better value with this option. Regular Call Patching users will pay £30+VAT per month in return for 30 patched calls with any additional patched calls costing just £1.00 whether they are to UK land lines, or UK mobiles.
